The Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture (MEWA) Control Center is a state-of-the-art command and control environment designed and delivered by Octa Dimensions in Riyadh. The brief required a space that combined operational precision with a bold, technology-forward aesthetic. The design integrates dark neutral tones — black, brown, and gray — with blue furniture and custom LED lighting components throughout. The open-plan layout supports large-scale monitoring operations while maintaining a visually coherent and functional environment. The result is a control room that performs operationally and communicates the authority of the organization it represents.
