NCEC Riyadh Command Centre

Octa Dimensions designed the NCEC Command Centre in Riyadh — the first of a three-city rollout that also includes Jeddah and Dammam. The brief required a modern 24/7 operational environment reflecting NCEC's organizational identity. The design integrates the client's color identity throughout, creating a cohesive environment across the command floor, offices, meeting rooms, and planning cells. The Riyadh centre establishes the design language applied consistently across all three locations.
