Octa Dimensions designed the NCEC Control Room in Jeddah — the second installation in a coordinated three-city rollout alongside Riyadh and Dammam. The design strategy balances consistency with identity: a shared cementitious finish across all three rooms creates visual cohesion at an organizational level, while distinctive decorative elements give the Jeddah room its own character. The result is a 24/7 operational environment that reads as part of a unified system while standing on its own.
