The Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture (MEWA) Control Room is a government command and control environment designed and delivered by Octa Dimensions in Riyadh. The brief required a space that combined operational precision with a bold, technology-forward aesthetic — dark neutral tones, black, brown, and gray, with blue furniture and custom LED lighting throughout. The open-plan layout supports large-scale monitoring operations while maintaining a visually coherent environment. The result is a control room that performs operationally and communicates the authority of the organization it represents.
