Octa Dimensions designed and built a custom 3D pop-up retail booth for Gashi — a clothing brand targeting younger consumers — in collaboration with Pillango, a local event management company. The booth was designed for a cultural event setting, where visibility and brand presence are critical in a competitive floor environment. The design integrates greenery, glass, and artistic elements to create a booth that stood out and drew consistent footfall throughout the event. Built for impact, delivered on time.

Octa Dimensions designed and delivered a themed kids' play area for the Saudi Cup horse racing event — a family-oriented activation space built around the culture and excitement of the event. The design references the world of horses and stables through an all-wooden architecture and a range of horse-themed activity zones. The space was designed to be safe, engaging, and visually consistent with the premium nature of the Saudi Cup — appropriate for a family audience attending one of Saudi Arabia's flagship sporting events.

Octa Dimensions designed and delivered a custom Ramadan tent — a temporary gathering environment built around the cultural and social significance of the holy month. The design draws on classic Ramadan aesthetics: traditional form, lanterns, warm lighting, and a seating configuration that encourages gathering and hospitality. Every element was selected to evoke the spirit of the occasion — making the space feel authentic rather than decorative. A temporary installation designed with the same level of intentionality as a permanent one.

In collaboration with Pillango, Octa Dimensions designed and delivered an experiential space in Al-Ula representing local Saudi culture and Arabic heritage. The design draws on traditional materials — cultural rugs, jute, bamboo, handcrafted decor, and classical furniture — to create an environment that feels rooted and authentic. Lanterns, greenery, dwarf tables, cushions, and hand embroidery complete a space that communicates cultural identity without resorting to imitation. Designed for a specific context, delivered with detail.
